The Great Awakening services has been awesome, GOD is doing amazing things in the service, I believe America will be shaking by the power of GOD during this Great Awakening, thousands and thousands souls will come to the kingdom of GOD to proclaim his glory. The presence of GOD is moving in the service so powerful, people are being set free and delivered, it amazing of what happening. I don’t have the opportunity to come to the service every night, but the few nights I’ve attended were tremendously reviving my spirit and strengthen me in the tings of GOD.
I can honestly say I am bless to be part of this great event, once again I am so bless to be part of this ministry, I’ve grown so much in the thing of GOD, every since I started coming to this church, my life incredibly change. I am so thankful of what GOD is doing in my live; no word can quietly describe the blessing this ministry pour out in my life. I use to always have a passion burning in my heart to tell people about JESUS, but I didn’t know how to start, one day I came visit the River and Pastor Daniel announced soul winning where they go out every day to preach the good news, I got so excited and I say to myself “I think I am in the right place” I’ve been longing to know how to win souls to CHRIST, finally my dream came true, I met with Pastor Jennifer and taught me how to soul winning and sent me on the field and about ten peoples give their heart to GOD. –Mackie M.

The last two days have been amazing! I think it would be safe to say that The River at Tampa Bay Church is a soul winners paradise. Sunday morning I almost came unglued when Pastor Rodney shared about the group of men who were in someone’s home watching football and when the game was over, while channel surfing, they stopped on the broadcast of our evening meeting. One of the men called the ministry to ask us to please explain what just happened to his three friends who were rolling on the floor laughing and crying.
Then, on Sunday evening I helped out in the phone room taking calls from people throughout the nation and around the world. The phones rang off the wall! There are so many hungry and hurting people out there. I led seven people to the Lord and prayed for an eighty-one year old grandmother who had sore knees. All the soreness left and she begin bending her knees and walking around the house praising God for what He had done for her. Today I took a team soul winning in a very depressed neighborhood. Three people received the baptism of the Holy Spirit.
A man who had just gotten home from the emergency room was in so much pain he could hardly walk. We led him to the Lord and prayed for him. All the pain left his back. He was amazed. He said, “Now I can go back to work.” In only two hours we went door to door preaching the Gospel and prayed the prayer of salvation with seventy-six people. These are the days that were just a prayer and a dream only a few years ago. How awesome is our God! –Mary F.
The launch of the Great Awakening Tour live from the River Church – Rodney Howard Browne
Posted by: | CommentsWorship Soundtracks from RMIRiverSong on Vimeo.
This week has been a very interesting week. The launch of the Great Awakening Tour live from the River Church has been amazing. I have been working the call center and praying with people during the live broadcast. I have seen God do amazing things for people who have called in asking for a touch from God. One lady I prayed with said that she had been seeking the baptism of the Holy Spirit for years and had never seemed to get a breakthrough. I told her what the Word says about if we ask for bread God not giving us a rock but would give us what we asked for if we would just believe. I read her a couple of scriptures and told her to put her hand on her belly and just begin to thank God for filling her. I prayed and then all of a sudden she began praying in the Holy Ghost in other tongues. She started crying and said that no one had ever told her it was that simple. Another lady I prayed with had been having pain in her neck and back. When we prayed she said “I know that God wants to heal me and I receive it now”. I commanded the pain to go from her and she said that she felt a heat all over and was pain free for the first time in months. Praise the Lord! As I continue to work in the call center I am pressing my faith in even further as I have a new revelation that the GAT and the outpouring that God is doing is not about me but has everything to do with HIM and His wanting to touch people .-Darrel G.
The fire of God is so good for us – Rodney Howard Browne

Blogging class I have seen the Lord do many mighty works during the great Awakening tour service There have been healings and miracles and I always’ wonder what is happening on the lord’s operating table when people are on the carpet. My experience has been that he shows me by his Holy Spirit the things in my heart that need to change. He touches me with his fire and burns out all impurities. It seems to carry over into everyday life also. Today at school we had one of our instructors pray for the need of healing and some other things, also one of our instructors preached on being Brother Jekyll or rather do not be a brother Jekyll. Convicting to say the least. The fire of God is so good for us, if we can stand the heat and stay in the fire then we can come out on the other side of these meetings better more Christ like creatures. We need to make a decision to become completely immersed in the presence of God. Ezekiel 47:2 then the water began to rise. When first measured, the waters were to the ankles; soon the waters were to the knees. Then to the loins. Finally it was over his head! The waters were risen, waters to swim in, a river that could not be passed over. that’s how we should be in these meetings, so totally covered that were swimming in it. Some people wade in only ankle deep, they like a little sprinkling of the anointing. Others like to go in up to their knees, they can splash around but still turn around and run. But when you are in up to your neck in it you better know how to swim. Many want to keep their head above the water to try to stay in control and make logical, carnal decisions. We should all take the plunge completely, get totally submerged and be totally anointed and blessed. That way the enemy has no target. Get under the spout were the glory comes out! –Marty L.

Started watching your program to find fault. Now I am hooked. I can’t stop watching now. Religion has messed up my mind but I am getting it straight now I judge a ministry by its fruit. You haven’t asked for money. Nothing to sell, no ego problem not adding to your membership roll. What do you get out of this? just the joy of helping others by winning souls. Looking forward to the next telecast. 75yrs old. watching on dish net.
The Humility To Receive God’s Provision by Rodney Howard Browne
Posted by: | CommentsWorship Soundtracks from RMIRiverSong on Vimeo.
Therefore humble yourselves [demote, lower yourselves in your own estimation] under the mighty hand of God, that in due time He may exalt you, 7 Casting the whole of your care [all your anxieties, all your worries, all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares for you affectionately and cares about you watchfully. 1 Peter 5:6-7 AMP
The Father loves us and He wants to take care of us — He wants us to be dependent on Him for everything — He wants to be our provider and protector. It takes humility not to worry. It takes humility to trust God and not the arm of the flesh. It takes humility to look to the Father and to wait on Him for everything. The proud and arrogant are self-contained, self-enriched and self-supported — at least they think they are. They believe that they don’t need God. They don’t know that it is He who rains on the just and the unjust and provides for all His creation.
Sometimes God’s people look at the sinners and think that they have it better than them, as in Malachi 3:13-15 AMP: “Your words have been strong and hard against Me, says the Lord. Yet you say, What have we spoken against You? 14 You have said, It is useless to serve God, and what profit is it if we keep His ordinances and walk gloomily and as if in mourning apparel before the Lord of hosts? 15 And now we consider the proud and arrogant to be happy and favored; evildoers are exalted and prosper; yes, and when they test God, they escape [unpunished].” However, the Lord assures us in Malachi 4:1 AMP that, “For behold, the day comes that shall burn like an oven, and all the proud and arrogant, yes, and all that do wickedly and are lawless, shall be stubble; the day that comes shall burn them up, says the Lord of hosts, so that it will leave them neither root nor branch.”
Proverbs 18:11-12 AMP says that, “The rich man’s wealth is his strong city, and as a high protecting wall in his own imagination and conceit. Haughtiness comes before disaster, but humility before honor.” And Proverbs 16:18-19 AMP tells us that, “Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall. Better it is to be of a humble spirit with the meek and poor than to divide the spoil with the proud.”
The Bible tells us in 2 Timothy 3:2 that in the last days, people will be selfish, greedy and arrogant (among other things). In order to walk in integrity, Christians will have to resist the temptation to follow the crowd and do what they do. Don’t ever be tempted to compare your situation unfavorably with that of a sinner. Material wealth is not the greatest gift in life, for what will it profit you if you gain the whole world, and lose your own soul? (Mark 8:36) On the Day of Judgment, you will stand alone before God. As Proverbs 11:4 AMP tells us, “Riches provide no security in any day of wrath and judgment, but righteousness (uprightness and right standing with God) delivers from death.” The choices we make here on earth affect our own eternity and that of others, so let’s make good ones! Anyone, who wants to be used by the Lord, must set a Biblical standard in and for their own life. Titus 1:7 says that the person who wants to be in authority must not be self-willed or arrogant or presumptuous nor grasping and greedy for filthy lucre or financial gain. Some of the things that will make Christians stand out as never before in these last days are their generosity, graciousness and hospitality — even as the darkness encroaches on us more and more, our light shines brighter!
Let the brother in humble circumstances glory in his elevation [as a Christian, called to the true riches and to be an heir of God], 10 And the rich [person ought to glory] in being humbled [by being shown his human frailty], because like the flower of the grass he will pass away. 11 For the sun comes up with a scorching heat and parches the grass; its flower falls off and its beauty fades away. Even so will the rich man wither and die in the midst of his pursuits. James 1:9-11 AMP
As for the rich in this world, charge them not to be proud and arrogant and contemptuous of others, nor to set their hopes on uncertain riches, but on God, Who richly and ceaselessly provides us with everything for [our] enjoyment. 18 [Charge them] to do good, to be rich in good works, to be liberal and generous of heart, ready to share [with others], 19 In this way laying up for themselves [the riches that endure forever as] a good foundation for the future, so that they may grasp that which is life indeed. 1 Timothy 6:17-19 AMP
The Lord has a special message for the rich: Humble yourself to acknowledge God as your source and supply and use your blessing to be a blessing. The Lord also has a special message for the not so rich: Rejoice in what you do have in Christ. Whatever God gives ANY of you — appreciate ALL of it and be content with what you have — because your life is short and eternity is forever!
Ascribe to the Lord the glory due His name. Bring an offering and come before Him; worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness and in holy array. 30 Tremble and reverently fear before Him, all the earth’s peoples; the world also shall be established, so it cannot be moved. 31 Let the heavens be glad and let the earth rejoice; and let men say among the nations, The Lord reigns! 1 Chronicles 16:29-31 AMP
Humble yourself to be faithful to bring your tithe and your offering before the Lord. Always acknowledge Him as your source and supply.
The curse of the Lord is in and on the house of the wicked, but He declares blessed (joyful and favored with blessings) the home of the just and consistently righteous. Proverbs 3:33 AMP
The reward of humility and the reverent and worshipful fear of the Lord is riches and honor and life. Proverbs 22:4 AMP
Ministers Conference 2010 – Rickie H. Testimony

What an awesome and amazing week I had during Minister’s Conference 2010. It truly was an honor and a privilege to sit under the Word and listening to some of the top ministers from across the world. The theme of Minister’s Conference 2010 was “No limits and No Boundaries”. It is extremely important to know that with God, there are no limits or boundaries when He is on your side. I came to every meeting expecting God to show me areas in my life that I needed to improve in.
I was at a point in my life that I needed a “faith and energy booster” from God. I have personally been putting in long hours every day with work and everyday family life. I needed to get refreshed and boy did I ever. I was extremely hungry and thirsty for God! Like the Word says, “Those that hunger and thirst for righteousness shall be filled.” With 8 days of meetings and 2 meetings a day, how can you not get refreshed and filled? It truly is an honor to attend the River Church and be under such an anointed ministry like Dr. Rodney Howard-Browne.
All 16 services where different believe it or not. Not any two services were the same. Friday night service was electrifying when Pastor Maldonado from Miami came to speak. It is amazing to see the different anointing on each of the pastors lives that spoke at the conference. I needed this week to get refreshed and filled back up. I look forward to next year’s Minister Conference and I encourage everyone to make plans to attend.

I have been an intern at RBI for almost 2 months now. It feels like it has been much longer actually. There is so much that needs to be done. As we’ve been told for the last 2 years of Bible school; ministry is spelled work. My internship is mainly split between Children’s Ministry and Youth Ministry. Our children are amazing.
They are so hungry for the things of God and for the power of God to move in them and their families. There is nothing more awesome to me than being able to be in a room with 40, 3-5 year olds saying the prayer of salvation and then being filled with the Holy Spirit. My job is to prepare lessons for the children who not only come everyday to the school, but who come on Sunday mornings. This is the only chance that we have with many of them and we make it appoint to not give them a watered down version of thee gospel but to give them the real. In addition to the children the youth are an on fire group of young people who are passionate about seeing God shake their generation.
There are many in out group who have led over one thousand people to the Lord one on one. One of the main things that I enjoy about youth being able to spend one on one time with the girls and see how God is growing them personally. I’ve been able pour into the students and watch myself change right along with them. I also help in areas of worship, food distribution, and outreach. I think the main lesson that I am learning right now is that there is always work to do and I can’t do it all. I can’t stretch myself too thin. I am having a lot of fun running however.

I prayed with a lady in the nursing home who said she thought she was on her way to heaven but now she knows she’s on her way. I also prayed with a man there who told me afterward that he feels clean inside. Then I went out on the streets and I met this kid who said he couldn’t believe I was talking to him because just yesterday he was wondering if there is a God.
While reroute to a nursing home, I made a “wrong turn.” I observed a homeless man lying on the sidewalk. I could not tell if he was breathing, so I walked up to him and went the Gospel scrip. He was so tired, he just repeated the prayer and didn’t open his eyes. Afterwards, he said, “Thank you so much!” I walked to my car and got him some food and water and set it down next to him. He was so grateful. I walked back to my car and watched 8 people just walk by him and not give him a second glance. I started crying as I thought of the story in the Bible of the Good Samaritan and how religion just walked past someone in need.
My team went into a little lady’s room in the nursing home. It was my first person to pray through with. We were all still with the team leader, Mary. We prayed with her and she told us she had one leg 1/4″ shorter than the other. As we all laid hands on her and prayed, her leg miraculously stretched the 1/4″ and was the same length as her left leg.

It was the beginning of the school year and I asked God to use me for real on soul winning. I wanted God to use me beyond of what He had done before. So we came to this place where I met a guy in my age that totally rejected me in the beginning. But I kept on talking to him, because I really felt like God wanted to touch him. He started to open up himself to me and explain how everything he saw in life was just darkness. His family, his neighborhood, his life everything was a mess and he couldn’t possibly see any way out of it.
But I kept on telling him about my Jesus, who I KNOW can bring him out of it, and help him with everything he’s going through. He still didn’t want to pray the salvation prayer with me, but I noticed how he actually started to listen to what I said. He started to melt up a little, and my friend joined us and we kept on talking for a little bit. We were just about to leave so we invited him to come with us, because we were going to Ignite (the youth meeting). Surprisingly, he wanted to join, so we took him with us to the meeting.
And it was so awesome! Ignite had just started and the first worship song they were playing had lyrics about EXACTLY what he had been talking about saying “you are my light in the darkness, come be my strength” and so on, and I just thought it was perfect. God REALLY touched him in that meeting it was powerful! He prayed and cried and also came back for the Sunday service, looking like a totally new person SO happy! It was a wonderful sight and I can’t thank God enough for using me so this could happen!
